Our body tells the story of how we've lived within it: the work we've done, the hobbies we've enjoyed, and the injuries we've sustained. From these experiences, postural patterns are created. These patterns, in the moment, make it easier to do that repetitive job, or walk right after that injury or fall. However; long term, these patterns can limit our ability to have easeful movement, or create pain or discomfort.

Structural Integration is posture based, myofascial therapy and movement reeducation, that uses a series approach to create lasting change. In this approach, your body is the roadmap that guides the way of our work together. This is a collaborative partnership between you and your practitioner, our goal being to bring more awareness to your body and to increase the options you have to move within.

Structural Integration uses a series based approach to create change. A full series is 12 unique sessions, typically spaced 4-14 days apart, that build upon each other to help you reach your long term goals.

enhancing your body’s natural healing process. As a practitioner, my role is to help
facilitate the flow of this energy by gently placing hands on or above specific areas of
the body in a series of positions that promote deep relaxation, bringing balance to
your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki works on your whole being by reducing stress,
easing pain, and creating peace within. It can accelerate healing on all levels,
improve health and your overall quality of life. During the session, you will lie or sit
fully clothed.


Book Club

A Health and Wellness themed book club with weekly prompts and email reflections. In person book discussion will include an experiential practice inspired from each book. There is no cost for this wellness opportunity.


Sauna

We are pleased to have collaborated with Spaulding Pool and Spa to offer the stunning Finnmark Infrared Sauna, which reaches temperatures of up to 170 degrees and can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people.

I was introduced to Reiki in 2014 while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments for breast cancer. Fear and anxiety became constant companion until I began receiving Reiki from Kalpana Reddy at Alice Hyde Medical Center. The sessions brought me a sense of peace and strength while reducing my anxiety, promoting healing and an overall sense of well-being. Subsequently, I studied under Kalpana, and obtained my Reiki Master certification in 2016. Reiki was so impactful for my own journey that I am honored to provide this to others for their overall health and well-being. .

Winnie McQuinn began her spiritual journey many years ago, seeking relief from the pressures of a demanding job. At first, she found peace in yoga, practicing for many years. However, in 2012, she discovered Qigong. After participating in a Women’s Qigong workshop at Kripalu, she experienced a significant transformation and recognized how deeply this practice resonated with her. Winnie continued her Qigong practice for several years, even after completing her Yoga Teacher Training, which helped her embrace a life rich in health and vitality. As the saying goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” Winnie soon learned about an online course with Holden Qigong and eagerly enrolled. When you discover something valuable, you naturally want to share it. It’s empowering to have the tools and knowledge to heal your body and take charge of your health, especially in light of rising health insurance costs and the current healthcare challenges. In her free time, Winnie enjoys quilting and cherishes her role as a homemaker. She and her husband are relishing all the opportunities that retirement brings.
